– There are 2 laundry rooms in the house! Ideal for large groups.
– 4 bedrooms have king beds w/ pillow top mattresses.
– 2 bedrooms have bunk beds (twin over full) w/ awesome lounge areas.
– Every single bedroom has a water view.
– The 3 bedrooms downstairs have a glass slider door that goes into the pool area, cabana style.
– Every single bedroom has a flat screen smart TV.
– We provide a kayak & 2 paddle boards.
– The home is located on a dead-end street, making it super safe & quite.
– We also own the home next door! Both available for rent, Ideal for wedding parties & corporate events. Inquire separately for pricing & details.
– Everything inside is brand new! This home not only looks good in photos but it also lives & functions well. Every single detail has been carefully thought out & designed for large groups to feel comfortable & be able to relax & unwind.
– We also own a 75 ft luxury yacht & offer day charters for our guests. This is NOT included w/ the home, please inquire separately if interested.

We include a 6 seater golf cart for FREE! Having a golf cart is a GAME CHANGER! It’s wonderful for going back-and-forth to the beach for several reasons.

– First, there is dedicated FREE Golf Cart parking at almost all of the 26 beach entrances in IRB. The parking for cars at all but one of the beach entrances in Indian rocks Beach is for residents ONLY. The one parking lot that is for the public is very hard to get a spot there after 10:30 or 11 AM and you could never leave and come back in one day and still get a spot. With the golf cart you can do that all day long.
– Secondly, it is awesome for loading up your gear easily and hauling the family back-and-forth to the beach.
– The third row seat folds down into a cargo bed. It goes about 20 miles an hour and it’s perfect for going to the restaurants and bars as well.
– In order to use the golf cart for free we do require a fully refundable security deposit and you must sign a liability waiver.
