• This home has been fully remodeled, down to the studs. Everything in it is brand new, stylish & specifically designed to host large groups.
• One of the features that makes this home so special is the fact that it has a huge, very wide, wrap around balcony that provides you with 360 degree water views. It’s truly a “decompression chamber”… sets the perfect environment for all the stress from everyday life to literally melt away & turn the “vacation mode” on.
• 7 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths. Sleeps 14 people, all in beds.
• Total of of 5 king beds, 2 queen beds & 2 full size beds.
• Out of the 7 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are en-suite w/ their own private baths.
• Each bedroom has a smart TV.
• All the beds have brand new Sealy PosturePedic pillow top mattresses for extra comfort to promote a restful & rejuvenating sleep.
• The kitchen is a cook’s dream! It has 2 kitchen sinks, a 14 ft island & high end stainless steel appliances. The bar sits 9 people very comfortably & there’s a sliding door that takes you right out to the balcony w/ stunning water views.
• There’s a 70″ smart TV in the kitchen, ideal to watch sports or your favorite TV show while hanging out in the kitchen.
• A total of 3 family rooms with 75″ smart TV’s.
• 3 dining tables; one in the main floor, one out in the balcony w/ spectacular water views & one dining table outside in the patio for “al fresco” dining.
• The third floor en-suite bedroom has its own bath & an oversized/huge “nook” bedroom attached to it w/ 2 full size beds & a stunning view of the intracoastal waterway. Making it ideal for parents with young kids who want to have their children near them but also want their privacy. It’s basically a huge suite that can sleep 6 people altogether.
• The en-suite bedroom on the main floor has a sliding glass door that walks you right out to the balcony. While laying in bed you have gorgeous views of the water.
• The lower level has an en-suite bedroom, a bedroom with 2 queens & half bath & there’s another family room with a 75″ smart TV.
• Breathtaking outdoor living area! Huge pool surrounded by loungers & comfortable sectional sofa.
• The backyard has brand new ultra plush turf grass, helping your friends & family enjoy a much cleaner & bug free outdoor Florida experience. Ideal for barefoot, easy going evenings, socializing & making memories that will last a lifetime!
• Brand new 6 seater golf cart is included with your stay! This is a game changer! There’s free parking spots designated for golf carts at the beach entrance, making going to the beach super fun & easy. We require a $1,000 fully refundable deposit in order to use the golf cart.
• We own a 75 ft luxury yacht & offer day trips. It’s truly an unforgettable experience on the water! People who book one of our properties get a huge discount on the yacht! Inquire for pricing & details.
• We also own the house next door. If you are looking to host an event, such as a wedding reception, engagement party or corporate event, renting both homes would make for the ideal setting for something like that. It’s important to note that we only allow events after we discuss all the details & approve it. Please don’t assume you can do an event w/o first contacting us w/ details.
